Consul General of France in San Francisco Frédéric Jung will be hosting an exclusive Meet the Author event to engage with award winning sci-fi poet and tech philosopher Alain Damasio, French artist in residence at Villa Albertine San Francisco.
The author of The Horde of Counterwind & The Furtive will be the first of our international artists' in residence to be conducting a lecture in public!
The program will debut with a reading performance of Damasio's work, in French and English, taking us along in his fascinating world of fantasy and imagination!

Born in 1969 in Lyon, Alain Damasio is a French science fiction author and technocritical superstar . His favorite field is political anticipation. He combines this genre with elements of science fiction or fantasy and describes political dystopias.
