As the French navy vessel Bougainville anchors in San Francisco, we'll come on board and spend the evening with distinguished guests California's Lieutenant-Governor Eleni Kounalakis and Consul General Frédéric Jung to reassert the strong bonds uniting the 2 countries as France, a nation of the Pacific, is a key ally of the US in the Indo-Pacific region.
